Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the product in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
